Emeritus Trustee
David was a valued Trustee and Member of the Finance Committee. He was formerly a partner in the law firm of Booth, Bate, Greico and Briody of Montclair, New Jersey with a practice area that included probate law; estate planning and corporation law. He resides in New Jersey.
John D. Carrico, CPA
Trustee, Secretary/Treasurer, Member of the Finance Committee
Mr. Carrico is the retired founder and former senior partner of Carrico Associates, P.A., Certified Public Accountants, a firm of certified public accountants with a large client base of non-for-profit organizations. He has made numerous trips to Africa to audit development projects and not-for-profit organizations He resides in New Jersey.
John D. Carrico II, CPA
Assistant Secretary/Treasurer
Mr. Carrico is a partner in the accounting firm of Cullari, Carrico, Soojian, Burke. Mr. Carrico has extensive experience in a wide array of accounting, auditing, management consulting and tax services for a diverse client base including national and international non-profit organizations, small business and health care entities. A 1976 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, he served on the audit s staff of Touche Ross, one of the original "big 8" accounting firms before joining Carrico Associates where he was managing partner. He serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations, is a member of the AICPA and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He resides in New Jersey.
Gary Dicovitsky

Gary Dicovitsky, a 26 year veteran in philanthropic fundraising, joined the Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF) in 2009 as Executive Vice President of Development. As Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations, Gary led extraordinarily successful comprehensive fund-raising campaigns at the California Institute of Technology and Pomona College. He has also directed the charitable giving efforts at Susan G. Komen for the Cure and has overseen fund-raising programs at Princeton University and the University of Virginia, having started his Development career at Dartmouth College. He resides in California.
Edward A. Holmes, PhD
Trustee, Member of the Grants Committee
Dr. Holmes has extensive experience in the field of the organization and management of development projects in the third world. He served as a training coordinator for the Peace Corps in Central and South American regions; Resided in Nigeria and Liberia managing development projects funded by USAID, United Nations and the Episcopal and Anglican churches. He also served as Director of the Overseas Development Office of the Episcopal Church (USA). He was Associate Dean of Emory University and Dean of Instruction of Cuttington University in Liberia. He built the Rural Development Agricultural Institute in Liberia at Cuttington University. He resides in Tennessee.

Mr. Madden is retired. He was formerly a senior vice president of Morgan Guaranty Trust and Mitsubishi Bank (N.Y.) He resides in New Jersey.
William M. McCormack, MD
Trustee, Chairman of the Grants Committee
Dr. McCormack is a distinguished Teaching Professor Emeritus of medicine at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY. He has served with the U.S Centers for Disease Control in Bangladesh and on the faculty of Harvard Medical School. He is recognized internationally for his work with infectious disease including AIDS. He resides in Massachusetts.
Douglas P. Walker
Trustee, Member of the Grants Committee
Mr. Walker has a long history in the international field, including over two decades of work in and related to Latin America in both an official U.S. Government and private capacity. His career has encompassed all aspects of his profession, including counseling foreign heads of state and governments with respect to their U. S. relations, posts as a Foreign Service officer (FSR-3) in Washington and Latin America. His U.S. consulting practice has focused on public affairs and public policy issues for both corporate and non-profit clients. He resides in Connecticut.
